Staff at Swan Hills School gathered June 24, the final student day of the school year, to recognize two teachers who will be transferring to other schools within the Pembina Hills School Division.
Miss Shelley Witwer and Ms. Tresa Brodersen were recognized during an evening of shared memories, stories and laughter as staff reflected on their time at the school.
In a message shared by the school, staff thanked both teachers for their years of service, friendship and dedication to Swan Hills School.
The school said Witwer and Brodersen had a positive impact on students, staff and the community through their dedication, compassion, professionalism and commitment to student success.
The school wished both teachers well as they move on to their new schools and said they will always be part of the Swan Hills School family.
